PV-500 Proportional Valve
PV-500 is a multi-functional controller. The internal electronic control circuit provides
PWM, pressure regulation, and analogue signal (0-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc / 4-20 mA / PT100)
coming from different types of terminal sensor (temperature, pressure, flow rate…etc). The
controller simulates a unique PID circuit through the internal electronic control circuit to
allow modulation at the terminal.
PV-500 can be operated in 4 modes:
◆ Mode01-PWM
Users may select different analogue signal (including 0-5Vdc / 0-10 Vd/ 4-20 mA) as a
control signal. The modulation of device (coil, LED light..etc) can be achieved through the
internally built PWM functionality which modulates DC 24V.
◆ Mode02-PWM + Feedback
The controller receives the feedback analogue signal (incl. 0-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc/ 4-20
mA/ PT100) of terminal sensor (temperature, pressure, flow rate..etc) and thereby achieve
terminal modulation functionality through PWM and a unique PID circuit simulation.
◆ Mode03-I/P、E/P
A closed loop electronic pressure regulator consists of 2 solenoid valves, one internal
pressure transducer, and an electronic control circuit. Users may select different analogue
signals (incl. 0-5Vdc/ 0-10Vdc/ 4-20 mA) as control signal. The output pressure is
proportional to the input electrical signal (command signal). By adjusting the level of
activation on solenoid valves with PWM, inlet and exhaust can be controlled. This will
thereby achieve modulation function through the internal pressure transducer signal(=
command signal).
◆ Mode04-I/P、EP + Feedback
The controller receives the feedback analogue signal (incl. 0-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc/ 4-20
mA/ PT100) of terminal sensor (temperature, pressure, flow rate…etc). This thereby
achieves terminal modulation functionality through PWM (which adjusts the level of
activation on solenoid valves) and a unique PID circuit simulation to adjust the opening of
the pneumatic valve by varying inlet and exhaust.
